 ArtWORKS! Academy is the only public high school in Tucson, Arizona, dedicated to learning and serving as a resource center, which furthers the quality of life for “at risk” teens through art. We allow students from diverse backgrounds and experiences to explore their creativity in a supportive environment devoted to academic study and fine art practices.  Guided by outstanding professional artists in the visual arts program and the arts community, students have the opportunity to display their work in galleries and earn commissions.  If you have the interest, desire and enthusiasm to study art while pursuing your high school diploma, ArtWORKS! Academy is for you. |
Promoting individuality, self-esteem and self-discipline, ArtWORKS! Academy graduates students who are prepared to live, work and contribute their artistic talents to the community.
Partnering with the Tucson Unified School District, the Tucson Museum of Art, and the Tucson-Pima Arts Council, ArtWORKS! Academy is the gateway to high school graduation, higher education, and a career in the arts.  |
